14th Annual Taste of RIT from 10am-1:30pm in the SAU Cafeteria. Cost is $6 with proceeds to benefit United Way. This all-you-can-eat RIT tradition is one of our most popular campus wide fundraisers for the United Way. Local vendors supply samples of their food products for this extravaganza! Tiger Bucks will be accepted.

Senior Series presents Car Maintenance 101: How to jump a car, force a standard to start, add oil and windshield wiper fluid, and more from 11am-12:30pm outside in the parking area next to Grace Watson Hall (near C Lot). This event is sponsored by the Women’s Center.

RIT presents The Big Shot from 7:45pm-8:30pm at Memorial Art Gallery (500 University Avenue in downtown Rochester). The Big Shot, often described as a “painting with light” photograph, requires many participants to help illuminate the subject area during an extended exposure. The Memorial Art Gallery will become RIT’s 22nd Big Shot. Karen’s Walk & 5k Run
Strap your shoes on to help support heart failure research! Walk or run a timed 5k (3.1 miles), or complete the 2 mile untimed fun walk. Race starts at 10:00am sharp! All proceeds go to the Karen Decker Cardiomyopathy Fund at University of Rochester Medical Center. Cost for the 2 mile fun walk is $5, and the 5k Run/Walk is $5 students and $10 faculty/staff/alumni.
